"The lull in work load. There are times when there just isn't anything to do and we are trying to come up with something to keep ourselves busy."

"There isn't much I can suggest to management. They do the best they can with what they are given."

"Yes, Serco is huge organization and a great company to work for but ensure you are interviewing for a role that meets your career expectations in the long run as certain departments are limited in this regard."

"There is less room for career growth within my department."

"Assign more responsibilities to staff members. Organize team structure and company practices to overall enhance company efficiency."

"Say you get 6 months to figure out the role, but after 2.5 months they were already letting me go. Very bad at communicating goals and production targets."

"Be technical in nature depending on the job you are interviewing for."

"Was a contract for a client. Not much room for growth. Too much micromanagement."

"I tend to perform a little better in a less micromanaged environment as I prefer not to spend time on reporting everything. I am a independent worker and prefer to spend most of my time on work-related tasks."

"Simply put, I feel underutilized at the moment. I love to be over tasked and very busy. I need more to do."

"Remember your focus and core business. Expand in areas that make sense and realize people are not numbers. People generate numbers."

"Some of the ways business is done"

"Working a longer term contract position. Good company with good benefits. Hours are based on client requirements, but company is very flexible with employee needs. I'm not sure about advancement or pay increases, as I've had exposure to neither."

"Be carefull when going to your office at the morning. Middle of 3-rd street is not a very safe place."

"Realy hard work, not phisicaly, but mentaly. Plain loop cycle."

"Nothing special. A little more lunch time to workekrs, and move office to more convenient place."

"No support, management is just a title at SERCO.They just don't care"

"This was a great starting job right out of college; however, as time went on, management started to get very rough. This was an awakening for myself , as well as an awakening for the other software engineers). As a result, we decided to find better, lucrative careers that were more promising for our careers' aspirations."
