"Working at Serco was a challenge. I thought it was great for individuals who are right out of college; however, after a year, it was time to move to something more career aspiration driven. Sometimes, enlisted tasks became expected of us - on a normal basis - which disallowed the ability to focus on database/software engineering. I do still talk with co-workers, which was one of the best benefits of starting off with this job."
