"The fact that is was a contract. Every 6 years we werent sure if we would have a job or not."

"The management team is a little too hands off, not enough mentoring of new staff members. The boss works long hours so I feel like I need to do the same and skip lunch."

"Be a better mentor to my employees to help them learn the job."

"Was a contract for a client. Not much room for growth. Too much micromanagement."

"I tend to perform a little better in a less micromanaged environment as I prefer not to spend time on reporting everything. I am a independent worker and prefer to spend most of my time on work-related tasks."

"Simply put, I feel underutilized at the moment. I love to be over tasked and very busy. I need more to do."

"Remember your focus and core business. Expand in areas that make sense and realize people are not numbers. People generate numbers."

"Yes, Serco is huge organization and a great company to work for but ensure you are interviewing for a role that meets your career expectations in the long run as certain departments are limited in this regard."

"There is less room for career growth within my department."

"Assign more responsibilities to staff members. Organize team structure and company practices to overall enhance company efficiency."

"Be carefull when going to your office at the morning. Middle of 3-rd street is not a very safe place."

"Realy hard work, not phisicaly, but mentaly. Plain loop cycle."
