"The pay is based on the cost of living in a small town in WI, so they do not care where in America you live.The HR department is worthless to the employees. They are only looking out for the top management. This means that the employees have no place to turn if you are having problems with your manager."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Arrogance does not equal professionalism. It would benefit them to send their management to a training class on how to be a manager. My last manager got his job because his wife was a VP. That is right, there is a little to much relative watching out for relative at the home office."
