"be more concerned about making sure work life doesn't affect happiness at home. Be more flexible with schedules and job sharing. Things are to rigid and everything seems to be set in stone! They don't think outside the box when it comes to employee happiness and satisfaction."

"Be sure to ask them right away what their expectations are. Whether you are contracting or not, ask them to give you more then 2-3 months to adapt to the environment and job skill"
