"The manager was an extreme micro manager."
"I had worked for Sensus for 29 years and left after upper management changes in 2010 and was informed my services were no longer needed. Over most of the 29 years it had been a great company to work for with excellent employee morale and good products for the utility markets served. The morale over the last year or so while I was there was slipping. I still have many acquaintances who work for the company and hope they all do well."

Hourly positions generally involve an interview with HR staff, maybe the hiring supervisor. Most of the questions are going to focus on your work history, skills, and particular talents you bring to the company."

Company culture is trying to change, but is still very much a good ole boy culture at some locations."
