"The company was great on the surface until I found out what Senneca Holdings was really all about. There is little to no quality control, management is very distant and sets unrealistic goals for the employees. The amount of product promised to customers is outside of the plant capabilities and overtime is almost always required. Senneca Holdings I'm sure is a great company, but they have no understanding of customer quality or how manufacturing works, has ruined the company names they own."

"I have built this plant from the beginning and am one of the first hired to still build this facility in the operational phase. I set up all the purchases of equipment and set all the power requirements with a small team. I have saved the company approximately three million dollars by training my staff to take ownership of equipment and facilities and learn to be strong in all areas of maintenance. We are a result driven team and pride ourselves on performance. We are capable of doing what it takes to be successful."
