"I have built this plant from the beginning and am one of the first hired to still build this facility in the operational phase. I set up all the purchases of equipment and set all the power requirements with a small team. I have saved the company approximately three million dollars by training my staff to take ownership of equipment and facilities and learn to be strong in all areas of maintenance.
