However, I feel that parts of my skillset are stagnating since the scope of the technology is quite narrow. The pay is good and the benefits are some of the best. The health insurance isn't perfect, but it's quite acceptable."

"I dislike everything else. They don't screen resumes properly for upper management. There is a severe lack of management and too much political bureaucracy."
