"The office space was in a warehouse."

"The projects were challenging and fun, they are flexible and don't tend to micromanage"

"The management structure there is very open...leaving you at times to wonder who you really report to or some times you find you have 5 bosses. There isn't a real organizational structure in the trenches"

"I planned to stay there until I retired however they were outsourced our department."

"They provided us training courses quarterly. People were very nice and cool to work with."
What don't you like about working at McGraw-Hill?
"Sometime they do not provide a sign language interpreter for me. I am hearing impaired. And lastly, they laid me off."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Ensure to have a sign language interpreter available prior to any meetings. Provide any communication-assists such as Videophone and big white board."
