"I love solving and visualizing challenges. I hate that bad ux designers get too much credits."
"I hate that most job descriptions try to force me to cut off my Ux/Ui footing."
"I love • Improving the overall experience of a product • Helping a business to look and feel appropriate • Make it stand • Details matter I hate • Secrecy • Non transparent corporate cultures • The misconception of visual designers and visual communication"
"I love working with many creative people, whom are very helpful and innovative. But unreasonable project timelines often happen. For an example, we spent more than half of a year to work on the format of the tune-in for a show, and we had delivered more than two months of projects to many different vendors after having many different departments to review the tune-in. But someone wanted us to spell out the day instead of using acronym for two months' workload within two - three nights."
"I love the opportunity to operate within my passion and expertise. I am creative and constructive by nature with a passion of visual arts. I truly enjoy seeing projects through from conception to completion.I hate having to deal with clients who aren't communicative, as this tends to become a precursor to multiple revisions and edits. This can be very taxing on both the client and the contractor. An unorganized project is also unsavory."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start holding offshore accountable for their actions, set expectations that can be met within a 40 hour work week - 50+ work weeks kill creativity, passion and motivation which is imperative in a designer, Show appreciation to all departments, not just the developers, send your PMs to training so they can learn how to effectively manage projects and empower their teams, learn what it means to be a company not just a business, remember your best asset are your people and if you don't treat them with respect, then they will find a company that will"
