"Keep focused and don't expect fast growth...it could be a long while..."
What don't you like about working at CIT Group?
"There is very little room for advancement. There are already more chiefs than need be which leads to there being a stale mate when growth comes as they get shuffled around."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The environment needs to be more cutting edge....like Google. Lets make work a fun place to come to."
What do you like about working at Affinion Group?
"My immediate team is very seasoned and they are willing to lend a hand at anypoint. I also enjoy rolling up my sleeves and working with the call centers one on one when needed."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be open about what you are looking for in a career and be sure to mention project managment skills."
What don't you like about working at Affinion Group?
"The culture that upper managment promotes is not healthy and not open to changing past processes when needed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need to listen to front line employees more often. The employees that have direct access to the customers are the ones that have the real feel of what needs to change."

"They downsized and it left allot of people looking for work"

"I dont really have any except to have not sent work over seas"
