"Negotiate your compensation package. Ask questions during the interview to understand the culture of the group you would work in. Is it focused on results What does the hiring manager value in their employees Does this match that of the organizational values In the right group you will have an awesome job experience. Very high expectations for quality of work but you will be rewarded for it early in your career."
What don't you like about working at Intel?
"unrealistic expectations of key contributors. small percentage of peers actually contribute to resolving key issues. a lot of similarly compensated peers do little work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Recognize our best engineers who deliver amazing results with higher pay. Realize engineers are the key to the companies success and burning out great engineers is a reality. Cannot simply work them to burn out and replace with recent college graduates and get same amazing results."

"The people I worked with were very professional and devoted to the growth of the company even when it seemed that the company wasn't returning that loyalty"

"The last year was rife with employee turnover and unexplained and baffling management decisions"

"I have no suggestions for management."

"Longest place that I was employed and enjoyed a lot since I got involved from the initial stage of their consent decree to the point that the whole organization turned around to a high standard to adhere to the FDA regulations and industry practices."
