"I would say the team atmosphere is what I like most. All working together for common goal."

"Be yourself. The interview is more of a get to know you than a stiff question and answer session."
What don't you like about working at Home Finance of America?
"My drive is somewhat long so I would say the commute."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would enjoy a work from home opportunity in the future if possible."
"I truly love underwriting. Of all the positions I have held in the industry, I have felt most rewarded personally and professionally as an underwriter. I enjoy the problem solving and analytical aspects of the job, and like to feel that at the conclusion of a loan I have made a decision that benefits the client. The only dislike I could share would be when the business slows up, and I do not have enough files to work on."

"Be ready to have premium pressure, and good underwriting is not rewarded, horrible coworkers, and poor office moral."

"Dont feel like I am making a difference in the company, or in the world, people are unappreciative, focus isnt on doing your job well, but on how much money you make the company"

"more imprtance placed on employees, make sure they feel like they contribute"

"The unlimited earning potential with the base salary that I only had to depend on for my first 2 weeks with the company."

"Just to try to be themselves and if its a good fit they will know."
What don't you like about working at Pacific Residential Mortgage?
"The fact that when the market crashed we could not keep the doors open because the industry was changeing and the owner did not want to do Loss Mitigation."

"Just to consider their loyal employees who had been there and were willing to step up to the plate to keep the doors open."
