"I enjoyed working with colleagues on brainstorming new ways to improve company processes. I also very much enjoyed developing and deliverying all training.I did not like the manner in which performance was tracked. I was not provided ample tools to perform my responsibilities successfully."

"It never gets boring as it's always changing and challenging. My most favorite kind of loan to work on is VA. I take great pride and in fact consider it an honor to serve Veterans. I would have to dig pretty deep to find anything to hate about underwriting. I guess though my least favorite thing is follow up work that has to be done after closing. I would so much rather work on the business of getting transactions to closing. I find that I get pretty excited about getting done on time."

As a senior underwriter I try to make this as least stressful as possible.The thing I dislike most is having to turn down a loan application. Sometimes the cons of an application outweigh the pros and at that time it is not in the good interest of the borrower to approve the loan."
