What do you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"Very good for contracting. The pay is per week. There is always overtime on contracts so you make a lot of money, and if you're good, Wells Fargo will call you back."

"Be honest, because if you can't underwrite, loan process, modify, due diligence, QC audit or whatever it is you say you can do, then you will be out!!!"

"I do not have any dislikes about working for Wells Fargo."

"I liked my District Manager Jeff Shore. He tried to keep me when I was fired just for following the orders of the Manger in Training that they put in charge of our Branch."

"Make sure you investigate the office you plan on working in."

"Being fired for following orders and not being given the chance to defend myself"

"Take the time to really listen to your employees and realize there are many sides to any situation"

"Get a job description in writing from the owner, to eliminate any miscommunication."

"There was miscommunication during my interview, and I opted to leave the company as a result. There is good opportunity for growth, but it might take longer than I was led to believe."

"Hire an Operations Manager to manage processing, underwriting, new loan set up and insuring."
