"I love that I get to interact with so many customers on a daily basis. I have really grown to know many customers on a personal level and they have a lot of faith in my abilities. Many of my customers will wait for me specifically and show great appreciation for how much I care about their experience. I also love the ability to participate in conference calls with upper management and to take on extra banking center responsibilities. I do not feel limited in the "teller" role."
