"The business tax division, historically, has a high churn rate for managers due to the seasonal aspect of the business and the Fredericksburg site was experiencing attrition because it was a remote (and an acquired) site and the company had other preferred sites to backfill personnel."

"I worked with a lot of good people who were experts on the products and really enjoyed serving customers."

"Try to be sure you have a thorough understanding of the position you are applying for."

What don't you like about working at Intuit?

"Constant turnover in middle and senior management. Expecting to be successful in a seasonal business supporting complex products with outsourced staffing."
