"Providing technical instruction to my students and be able to help them make a big change in their personal lives and the lives of their families. They were always grateful for receiving my instruction and continued help."

"It is important to be sincere and authentic when expressing your opinion or relate your experience with ITT Technical Institute."
What don't you like about working at ITT Tech?
"Unfortunately, through the years, the company as whole lost their focus on quality of education and put more emphasis in increasing profits, sacrificing quality of education."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"ITT Technical Institute has a great name recognition among the communities. They must regain their original focus on education, not on corporate profits."

What do you like about working at Sony?
"At first Sony was populated by the best technical people available. As time progressed non-technical management chased the good technical people away and life became difficult for the few competent people remaining."

"Promote technical people to management positions over technical people and leave sales managers in sales."
