"Don't even interview with the company. They tell you what they think you what to hear during the interview and none of it is true."
What don't you like about working at Epsilon?
"Sweatshop and micromanagement. There is no freedom to do your job and there is no work/life balance."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You hire good people, give them the freedom to do their job. Working excessive hours does not result in more work and the quality of work suffers."

"It is being taken over by (financial) forces; e.g. now belongs to Raytheon."

"Make room for creative developers that aren't interested in business development."

"At AT&T I got to wear business casual dress and work from home when necessary. My hours were flexible when they needed to be."

"Don't plan on a long term career with AT&T."

"AT&T's management team has lost sight of employee loyalty. Plus, they are too focused on saving former SBC employees."

"Open up communications with employees. Look for suggestions on how to cut cost without job reductions."

"Opportunities to learn new technologies."

"Lack of open and honest communication."
