"Printronix was sold to a capital investment firm recently, the changes that followed were not pleasent."

"My team was the best team I ever worked on and I loved my manager."

"If your in IT, stay away. The old MedStar is gone. There is an everman for them self and a CYA attitude there now."

"The management was geat at managing Health Care but realy poor at managing IT."

"Stop outsourcing and listed to the in house techs."

"I liked the fact that I could come from a doctor's appointment and call in to make a meeting on my cell phone and then get into work and continue on my day."

"Just be yourself. I found the management team there very nice people to talk to and very informative when I had a question."

"I think that the deadlines needed to be lengthen and more people assigned to the task just because when you are working in Database work you need to consider time when the database network shuts down."

"Assign more people for a task or give the people a longer length of time to fully complete the task at hand."

"When I worked there, the business model did not provide for forward looking developement as products could not be built without prior funding from customers."

"Flexibility. Technology. Extra programs like HS student engineering contests. Great environment. Ability to work at home if need be. Opportunities to spread your wings was bliss."

"Show that you are a self-starter, fast at learning, and eager to sprout your wings in any direction. Show an interest in community programs."
What don't you like about working at Sensis?
"A lot of very high level mentors and PhDs. A enormous amount of fresh out kids from college. A huge gap inbetween which I tried to bridge."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Figure out how to close the gap between PhDs/mentors and junior engineers. Be more careful of how much responsibility you give to those without the experience. Don't give responsibility to juniors only because you don't have the correct staff. Get the juniors to understand they really should welcome mentoring because you never know too much."

"The amount of learning was incredible."
What don't you like about working at InfiMed?
"The software engineers didn't understand the importance of architecting/designing before coding AND did not understand that a simple UI is absolutely required for those radiating (XRAY techs) human beings and a fancy UI just won't cut it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Need to integrate in system engineering and QA better into the development environment. You can't put a systems engineer and QA person at positions where they cannot perform, i.e. low decision level."
