"BACK THEN THERE WERE PEOPLE IN POSITIONS that did not belong there."

"Make sure that each System Engineer gets the proper training. I do believe thta they are doing this now."

"Know what is on your resume and be truthful about having a degree or not. Always ask questions at the end of an interview."

"It did not give you a chance to learn because they were always in knee jerk reaction mode."
