"Company is no longer in business, but when is was operational employment applicable and available upon qualification."

"My work was to support government IT solution where I did not have to engage with company most part."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It was a small company and I was the lead management for a small government contract supporting US Army... Overall management structure didn't need to be placed. Should have been better if HR side of management was stronger."
