"I love working with people that come in and are truly sincere about getting a job or starting a career. I hate the job when people come in and waste my time and are not interested in getting a job. I look at it this way, $9 hour is better that $0 an hour. I love working with the clients and building those relationships to where they are so dedicated to you the service they receive from you that they will track you down just to be able to receive the same service no matter what the mark up will be. There is not a lot of things that I dislike about staffing. I get irritated when there is no sales being done. I firmly believe that you should never put all of your eggs in one basket because if that egg breaks you have absolutely nothing left."
