What do you like about working at AT&T?
"I like the company's reputation and the ability for growth during this recession. I like my co-workers and employers. I like the up-to-date tools that I utilize daily to make my job easier. I like the money and bonuses."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be honest about everything. Listen to what is asked before answering questions. Be on time. Dress to impress."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"The training could have been more hands-on, giving new employees a feel for how to maneuver through real scenarios before putting them out on the floor."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More hands-on learning during training periods. As a matter of fact, provide a better training environment altogether! Space out trainees for more comfortable learning atmosphere."
What do you like about working at Merrill Lynch?
"I loved the culture and the fact that the company encouraged you to not only know about other cultures, but to experience them, for example through food. I enjoyed the fact that they let you work and tried to make the environment, while going through a transition, better. I liked the fact that the big bosses in my department, wanted to hear your thoughts and ideas."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Do your homework first about the company. Rumors are circulating about the company relocating some of its operations to its Baytown, TX facilities."
What don't you like about working at Bayer?
"Numerous layoffs and downsizing every year since 2002. A lot of nepitism occurs in this company."
What don't you like about working at Click Commerce?
"Management took advantage of new Canadians and forced overtime work which warranted a union drive starting."
