"My job was moved from Orlando, Florida to Owego, NY. This is quite a change to say the least. Sometimes deadlines make working extensive overtime necessary to get the job done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep up the good work but try not to completely move jobs to different parts of the country."
