"Constant waves of layoffs and an extremely unpleasant workplace culture. Workplace bullying is condoned and hostility and a lack of truthfulness and integrity were very apparent."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Work to improve the workplace culture. Do not allow poor or bullying managers to continue to harass and drive qualified employees to other companies."
