"Recognize and promote the unique talents, skills, and strengths of the staff that may not necessarily fit management's stlye but are nonetheless highly valuable to the company's growth and success. Walk the talk. People are smart and know the difference between what is genuine and what is just fluffy corporate language."

"Upper management and owners, The preclinical department was closed and we were all laid off. The company is in financial trouble and the layoffs continue"

"They paid well and had a couple of extra holidays."

"I would recommend against working for this company unless you desperately need the money."
What don't you like about working at Stantec?
"I worked very long hours doing my job plus a portion of my supervisors job. Stantec did nothing to deal with the issue, which resulted in most of the office being laid-off and will likely soon result in loss of the client."

"Hold your supervisors accountable for what they are doing to their staff and clients."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"THe model of overworking and underappreciating employees in combination with a poor training and no defined path for career advancement makes Mylan a great place to start a career because of the learning experience. However, the high turnover rate is very high for those who have already not decided to be lifetime employees (due to location). Small changes in the above management structure would make large effects in employee satisfaction."
