"DyStar only hires the higest quality and best trained people in the industry. If you are not in that caliber then do not apply."

"Company was sold to a Private Equitiy Company and it was slowly dismanted."

"Management has changed since I retired and I do not know them."

"So far the salary, job perks and most of the people I have worked with have been fine."

"Be honest and ask questions. Know what you are getting into."

"There's a lot of micromanagement, backstabbing and underhandedness. There's also no work/life balance, overly corporate policies and unrealistic/unnatural procedures demanded of us."

"Listen to employee suggestions and complaints. Treat them as individuals, and not as numbers."

"I am my own business, no one bothers me. As long as I am doing my job. Work from my home the majority if th time"

"If you do $8M or better this is the company for you. If you are a hunter a beginner I think you should think twice about this company"

"Medical plan is horrible. Lack of support that I get from corporate for engineering support and any other support needed besides training"
