"team work, helping customers with their phone issues. make the customer satisfied with type service that I give."

"Its a great company to start building your experience of customer service or technical support."
What don't you like about working at MetroPCS?
"the enviroment was very much like in high school people. they talked loud and they very young for the resposibilities. it was call center enviroment with punch of young people."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire people who are willing to take responsiblity and focus on the job duties more than chit chat with the co-workers."

"They are very open to new Ideas, they allow me to create and implement new marketing strategies for mutual benifits."

"Know the products and have good communication with clients. Never promise anything you can deliver."

"Some products manufactures provide very little support when it comes to intriducing new products."

"Be more demanding toward manufactures when it comes to new products."

"You get paid more for more sales. The company is very politically correct and values your input/feedback. Advancement is limited but you have plenty of flexibility with your daily schedule."

"Prepare yourself for a short career. Quotas have become unreasonable and unsustainable in a mature market like Chicagoland."
What don't you like about working at Comcast?
"Reduced salaries, reduced commissions, increased quotas. Morale is low and plummeting."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get additional feedback from sales forces in different markets (different costs of living). Should also get notes about what promotions work or don't, plus what other tools/promos could be utilized and increase our effectiveness. Also, need to completely overhaul retention procedures/attitudes. Retention is awful in my opinion."

"During training I recommend more service training for the sales agents."

"This position is inside phone sales. There is potential to make really good money though."

"Be aware of the stress and somewhat monotonous nature of the job. Keep things fun."

What do you like about working at Brenntag?
"I truely like working for PB&S Chemical company, the company that hired me. The Brenntag purchased PB&S and I was replced by some former Brenntag employees and our branch was closed closed down."

"I was only with Brenntag for 8 months before they released me but it does seem like a good company to work for."
What don't you like about working at Brenntag?
"The fact that I was released after PB&S Chemical Company was purchased by Brenntag."

"My suggestions for management would be to consider all the employees before releasing them because I really did do an excellent job for PB&S Chemical Company."

"Being prepared or any interview is the most important tip."

"The only downfall working at Alcon is, if your not relocatable there is not much opportunity to grow."

"The only suggestion I have is to create more opportunites for employess that cant relocate."

"GSK has a tremendous field support team that is always willing to help with issues that may arise in the field. They are always striving to help patients feel better and live longer. With the patient at the center of their vision, they have a solid grasp on what physicians deal with on a daily basis."

"Ensure that you are a product expert. Make sure that you have a solid understanding of the disease states your selling into, and how your products are different from the competitors."

"There is nothing that I don't like. I am simply looking to advance my career to the next level."

"Continue work in leading GSK to become a more patient-centric organization."

"The fact that complexity and compesition of the software was always changing. This allowed for continued need to learn new features and aspects of the software."

"You have to be able to support old customers while driving the new business needs that are reflected in a 100 percent commission job. Do not expect management to support you in any waybecause they are not in touch with their customer base."

"There was no structure in regards to immediate support needs."

"Management needs to find a better way to manage the large accounts and their day to day needs."
