"I can only speak for this branch, and after ten years I finally realized and felt that they were not very willing to compensate support positions adequately and in comparison to other brokerage firms in town. It could be a great place to be if you are a successful financial advisor."

"I loved the relationships that I developed with clients and felt like my co-workers were my family. I also appreciated the different types of people I was able to meet."

"I felt that I was unappreciated by management on both the local and regional levels. I brought many important issues to them in a very professional manner, and was treated as if they were unimportant. These issues included ethics issues and compensation issues."

"I know the structure of support-level employment has changed at this firm since I left, but I feel it would benefit them to pay support adequately and gain appreciation for the service they provide."

"I have great managers and very poor managers. The great manager treats people with respect. He is good source of information and knowledge and he wants people to be competent and knowledgeable, so he promotes training, compensation, and recognition."
