Skillset: Research associates usually have exceptional language arts skills, are adept at paying attention to details, and can multi-task efficiently. Many companies who hire people for this type of occupation seek out individuals who have sound communication skills and who are efficient at using computer programs and the Internet.
Education: Many research associates can begin working for a company with a high school diploma or a vocational technical degree.
