"Stick to your guns, and make sure they put in writing your responsibilities, they have a tendency to change everyone's position without options. There is a high turnover rate!"

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"They have a very high turnover rate, I found that the management team was complacent. I felt like I had to watch the person in the cubicle next to me. Dog eat dog atmosphere."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do their homework to improve their methods of motivation and evaluation. They have a VP in the company for almost every 5 people. The overhead to support that level of management is counter productive."
