"I dislike the annual bonus policy, and different working processes in different locations of the company."

"Find a way to keep experts in the company. Create global working process."

"Company is good but doesn't provide growth options, hard word is not rewarded, no attention on grooming interpersonal and technical skills. Cost Cutting and improper management is leading it into losses."

"Judge the ability to think and how a person reacts when tough as well as easy questions are asked."
What don't you like about working at Nokia?
"No career growth, stagnant work, no training, compensation is not according to work quality but is according to years of experience."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Middle layer is not having a view of bigger picture, they always keep fighting among themselves. Learn to work as a team so that ultimately company will get benifit. Also stop hiring your own candidates when they have no talent and urge to learn. Stop supporting people who only talk and don't do any work."
