"I like the benefits and the great work atmosphere I guess."

"Run away!!! This is not a great place to work. Do a google search and take head to the warnings from all of the bad reviews! They are not over exaggeration."

"Long hours, back breaking work, unaccountability by management. Management is too consumed with their own personal errands and home life to be around for important decisions and direction."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Bring on more resources or the turn around rate will keep going up."

"I could count on the other engineers to do good work and they relied on me for quality assurance."

"Act and dress professionally. Be on time. Smile and relax."

"The engineers weren't seated nearby so I had to get up and go to them or call them on the phone."

"Work hard at making the group feel small and close even in such a big company."

"It was a good workplace with fantastic co-workers and a 15-day paid sick leave annually (though I do not use)."
What don't you like about working at Nokia?
"I disliked the 50-minute one-way driving from my home in San Diego to work in Carlsbad."

"The management can communicate more often to the engineering staff."

"Amazing, very agile, and fast paced. There is a creative freedom in choosing automation tools, and open source products."

"no. Just be prepared with the latest technologies, mostly open source."

"uncertainty. There's a certain sense of uncertainty about the company."

"Better communication, more involvement with the employees. More transparency with the company's status, health."

"The material being tested. The testing is different with each instance / iteration as new variables are added."

"No dislikes on the company. They gave me a job for 9 years."

"I would like to continue working for this company but my contract comes to the end."

"Give employees more challenge, trust more, do not be afraid to give people multiple tasking."

"bad governance of CEOs, uncomfortable workplace, career growth opportunities, absence of lounges"

"Taking them out for picnic, dinner or organizing some party at restaurant will help in bringing the team together"

"I don't like when the Management is not interested or does not believe in what they are doing"

"Never give up, trust your team, treat everyone the way you would like to be treated, constantly improve your communication skills, and always stand for your team"

"There is truly a sense of pride with the developers, CTO, and myself. We might disagree at times, but we always have mutual respect."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Sorry, but this almost sounds like - insert joke here. Now that my humor has been expressed, even though it's a competitor I would say be honest and say what's really on your mind. Don't say whatever is necessary to get the job, be yourself and if it's a mutual fit then you will not have any issues."
What don't you like about working at Cyllenius?
"Cyllenius recently split from Vegas.com (parent company). Since I tested, implemented, and supported the applications, I was pretty much on-call 7 days a week"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I requested to see the VB code for our .Net applications. That really would be the only thing extra that I would have liked to see, otherwise our team is treated very well and each really know we are lucky."
What do you like about working at BIO-key International?
"I get to work on may different technologies and it is a start up firm. Not much in organization"

"Be ready for a small startup environment and no growth. You do this becuase you love the technology"
What don't you like about working at BIO-key International?
"There is no growth, and it is possible the company may go out of business."

"Let's look at getting sales people out and using what you have inside."

What do you like about working at Nowcom Global Services?
"The Management, specifically my Immediate Supervisor, even up to now I still consider her my mentor. She saw to it that all my queries were addressed, her suggestions and recommendations on my output inspired me, she made us feel that we are a family working in a company."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you are not a morning person, I will not recommend this company for their schedule starts from 6am to 3pm, from Tuesday to Saturday, however, they are very lenient with tardiness as long as you produce good outputs."
What don't you like about working at Nowcom Global Services?
"Whatever shortcomings they have, which more often than not were administration concerns, were acceptable because they are just a start-up company. I am sure that it wont be long before they will be able to adjust."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I actually made some suggestions before I left the company. The concerns I heard from the other staff especially with regards to admin concerns. I also left recommendations for my staff so that the Management will have insights on my teams individual job performance."

What do you like about working at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts?
"I like absolutely nothing. Disney treats contractors like 3rd class workers. There are very bad working conditions."

"DON'T!!! You won't be happy there!!! Go somewhere else."

"Cubes for contractors were 3 feet by 3 feet - extremely small."
