What do you like about working at Nowcom Global Services?

"The Management, specifically my Immediate Supervisor, even up to now I still consider her my mentor. She saw to it that all my queries were addressed, her suggestions and recommendations on my output inspired me, she made us feel that we are a family working in a company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are not a morning person, I will not recommend this company for their schedule starts from 6am to 3pm, from Tuesday to Saturday, however, they are very lenient with tardiness as long as you produce good outputs."

What don't you like about working at Nowcom Global Services?

"Whatever shortcomings they have, which more often than not were administration concerns, were acceptable because they are just a start-up company. I am sure that it wont be long before they will be able to adjust."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I actually made some suggestions before I left the company. The concerns I heard from the other staff especially with regards to admin concerns. I also left recommendations for my staff so that the Management will have insights on my teams individual job performance."
