"The product was not that exciting, I prefered more of a device complicated product"

"It had the potential to be the biggest in that industry, very attractive"

"Middle management supposedly has changed. This once mighty company of over 7500 employees has shrunk considerably due to the narrow markets it must now serve."
What don't you like about working at Comau Inc.?
"Through international purchases, the company was no longer favored as the premier assembly and automation king. Ford (thru Fiat) ended up owning a portion and would not consider other projects with the competition due to proprietary infromation."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A cleared path that program management should share was not. To much trial and error, when the client is watching."

"The working are CSI was challenging."

"The company did not seem to trust the employees."

"Interviews are generally not handled well. Ask to speak to a cross-functional group and peers, otherwise you will not get to do so."

"Nepotistic hiring and promotion style. Hindered by competence gaps in some layers of the organization."

"Hire and promote based on competency and accomplishment, not based on how well-liked employees are."
