"I love the fact that my job is not doing one thing only. I go from attending a meeting regarding the call center to another with client discussing the budget for the upcoming year. Each day is a little different as you never know what issues will pop up or ad hoc reporting requests I will receive. This has allowed me to understand and manage a business as a whole and not just a piece of it."
