"I enjoyed working with my boss gary bosler and the many people I had working for me.The company took very good care of me financialy and treated me like family."

"I would suggest to be honest and a hard worker.This company pays well and expects hard workers."

"Air quality was not always the best,could have used a better bag house."

"Managment in my opinion was very good,all were very approachable and open to suggestions."

"Honesty, integrity and a strong work ethic with a proven track record."
What don't you like about working at Boston Scientific?
"Unfortunately the business facility in Miami was outsourced to Costa Rica."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would have invested in the business and its people rather than move overseas. Although a financial benefit was gained, a highly dedicated and experienced work poll was lost. Long term, the added turn times and the newly required inventory stock pile will outweigh the initial financial gains."

"Good working environment. Good plans were always in place to achieve goals."

"Follow all the rules. I have seen people terminated for very minor violations."

"Mt direct manager was poor at her job and the company knew it but did nothing to correct it."

"The Production supervisors need better support to deal with the high number of employees in each department."
