"Know the engineering and design worlds as they exist today and ask questions about how Autodesk is trying to shake those worlds up."

"On the whole there are some pretty miserable managers. It's not that they couldn't be good, it's that they've never been trained to do their jobs well."

"I would push divisions to cross-pollinate more often. There is a strong 'me first' culture that is left over from the previous CEO."
