What don't you like about working at Marathon Electric?
"the company culture, I thought we were in the 2100 st century, but apparently, someone did not tell the middle management at Marathon Electric, they still feel you have to wear the knee pads 150% of the time, no let up, a very petty place to work, a backwoods country attitude place to work, if you are modern, do not go there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"nuke and pave the whole the system and then start over"

"I don't have anything that I don't like about this company. If company wasn't not downsized people, I will be still working at that company, and be the happiest person in world."

"This company has the best management that I have seen in my working experience in USA.They manage company so well, so in current depression time this company still doing well."

"The owner has the final say so make sure you wow him"

"No one can make a decsion without the owners consent which slows products down"

"Allow engineers to talk with customers and try and get a feel for what the customers want then you get a product that sales"

"Extremely friendly environment with easy access to technicians and lab support mechanism."
