"Not a stable environment for growth or long term employment. Corporate structure is weak and only focused on bottom line, not innovation or organic growth."

"No room for growth. Extremely risk adverse in moving to new platforms"

"Management needs to take some risk and look at expanding and updating the product line."

"Flexible with hours. Fair pay. Security. Values educations and creativity."

"TI values integrity in their personnel. I recommend honest answers and a lack of exaggeration of skills. Creativity is also valued. When you don't know the answer to a question, and there will be at least one in your interview, demonstrate the process you would use to get that knowledge."

"Poor execution of strategic objectives. Lack of investment in IT services."

"Grow analog business since it has been the objective for years. Build a modern information distribution strategy on web services enabling more cross organizational interaction."

"Company culture and vision. Also support from the company and management."

"too large of the company and not easily recognize what your achieve."

"Flexible hours & convenient location. Great people to work with (but they are leaving)."

"Focus on cost reduction and bring those experiences to the table if you want to get hired. That is #1 focus here."

"Lack of resources and poor facilities (buildings are old). No career progression (limited options). High attrition. Heavy focus on off-shoring."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start with a better strategic roadmap. Think longterm 5+ years, not quarter to quarter. Poor strategic vision and high focus on cost reduction only."

"Ask the company's net profits and how to improve it."

"The company has problem with the manufacturing the CZT detector to meet the quality requirements and causes customers drop their orders and reduced the company income."
