You must have both to succeed. I love product development because the challenges are endless, the title is one that applies to many different industries and there are so many wonderful opportunities as one learns and grows within the field."
"I love the challenges, working with diverse groups and new innovation. Sometimes the sheer number of projects competing for the attention of the group can slow down processes. I prefer when processes and efficient, speedy and accurate."

"The amount of hours that have to be worked, the continual missing of deadlines, the instability of the company and the challenging people"

"Remove people that are not team players. Do not repremand people who are doing the work and reward the ones who are not. Don't make promises you know you can't keep. If there are bad apples making it an uncomfortable work environment get rid of the bad apples."

"I don't like the fact that it had to come to an end when Citigroup bought the company. I also didn't like closing down the organization."
