"Just brush up your technical skills well when going for the interview. Make sure you are able to highlight your past achievements. They can pay so just ask."
What don't you like about working at BMC Software?
"Work being outsourced. Company fires employees for cost cutting too much."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Just stop sending jobs to India. You may get cheaper labor but not always the quality."

"Very professional, no-nonsense environment. Seemingly totalitarianism management, but this was primarily apparent within the manufacturing group."

"Project leadership capability and be prepared to give several examples."
What don't you like about working at Medtronic?
"Not much apparent joy or pleasure, but this seemed most prevalent in my department."

"Lighten-up a little and be more open-minded to trying a certain approach submitted."

"Ask all of the questions up front or you may end up realizing you are not in the job you thought you accepted. The job offered to me was totally different than what I ended up doing a few months later"
