"Honeywell is an average to slightly above average employer."

What do you like about working at Honeywell?

"The salary was good, and senior management were highly skilled individuals."

What don't you like about working at Honeywell?

"Honeywell did not invest in training. They were very strict with the hours worked, and there was no flex time. Benefits were the bare minimum, and there was little or no chance for advancement if you do not have a degree."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Offer more training allowances for the hourly employees and a better benefit package."

"It is a very good company, just that I moved to Skanska because it was the one with many projects at that moment in time."

What don't you like about working at CH2MHILL?

"No 401K, no formal procurement procedure with its T&Cs protection, I had to develop it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Just to activate the plan, although I'm sure they will, because I was employee when it was Lockwood Greene."
