"Watch out for having to work excessive hours without compensation. Negotiate with this in mind."

What don't you like about working at Booz Allen Hamilton?

"Management was not willing to receive suggestions regarding best practices and risk of decisions which they made. Which, by the way, those decisions took forever to make. Then even those decisions would change at the last minute, causing increased stress for all concerned."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be better listeners. Be honorable. Take suggestions into reasonable consideration. Act on reason and best practices based on solutions presented by experts. This creates a margin for error and reduces stress for all concerned parties, ultimately ending in successful outcomes."
