  • "I’ve worked for RCCL since 2017 and it is a very successful company. The people who works for the company makes them a top company, with first class service."

  • "I joined C&R in January of 2020, unfortunately with the current pandemic my portfolio was removed and thus I was laid off. The company itself is an incredible company to work for, the CEO is a family oriented person who is passionate about having a work/life balance for himself and his employees. It's a collaborative company who prides themselves on teamwork and working together to problem solve day to day issues. The culture and overall dynamic of the company is incredible and had there been another opportunity for me to take when my portfolio folded, I would have loved to stay on. About the only slightly negative thing I could say is that they are a bit behind in technology, with Property Management being huge with technology, (ex. paying rent on time, online reservations for amenity spaces, online applications for new residents, online lease signing etc.) it was difficult to transition assets and employees over to paperless or working with different software that would make their jobs easier but more importantly, make things easier for the residents and prospective residents."
