"I loved people and the I was able to grow more in career."

What don't you like about working at Dinkes & Schwitzer?

"I disliked that they are very disorganized and one attorney for a dept with a case load of 150 cases."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"As for managment, they need to be more organzied such as getting a better case management software such as Needles or Pro Law, they also need to have a better system interms of who is running the office."
