"Good benefits, I like that we get to leave early the day before a holiday and we get all the major holidays off"

"Know your stuff, study the company's performance and areas of business they are currently in and expanding into."
What don't you like about working at Allergan?
"Stifling environment made up of the good ol' boy network, minimal opportunities to advance your career unless you know the right people in the right places; mediocrity is not only encouraged and rewarded. Don't go here to become the next star, you'll be a small fish in a large pond of sharks"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Reward employees that are doing a good job, give them positive encouragement and growth opportunities"

What do you like about working at Microsoft?
"I was a trusted and respected team member. It was a greatly challenging environment, which I crave."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You have to love a fast-paced environment. If that is not your ideal work setting, Microsoft should not be your pick."
What don't you like about working at Microsoft?
"I sustained a 10-12 hour work day most of the days."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better work/life balance is needed for the vast majority of the employees."

What do you like about working at SBA Communications?
"They were great. Nice people, managers treated you as an equal, I was allowed to create my own processes, hire other paralegals and decide the best way to train and get the job done."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It is very difficult to get into this company so if you are afforded the opportunity to interview, jump on it and make a great impression."
What don't you like about working at SBA Communications?
"At the time there were no open positions for me to transfer into (my position was contract for a particular project)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When you have someone who is really good, create a position for them to keep them - even if it isn't a perfect fit at the time."

What do you like about working at Glotel?
"The freedom I had to create the legal department, the processes and work with landlords and their attorneys to draft leases, then do the title review and prepare everything for presentation and signing to the corporate client, T-Mobile."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Get as much as you can upfront, because they will make you earn every penny, make all kinds of promises and then let you go in 1 year or less. Make as many contacts in the company and with corporate clients because you will all have stories to tell and will help each other."
What don't you like about working at Glotel?
"Employees are not seen as valuable members of a team, but replaceable parts that are swapped out for new ones after 12 months or less. They make you train your replacement or even your own boss, then you are gone. They do not promote from within."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Even though you can replace previous workers with new ones, what you are creating is a reputation in the industry for not being a good place to work. You waste time and resources retraining new people and your corporate clients are not happy with you."

What do you like about working at Verizon Wireless?
"I enjoyed the independence and responsibility for drafting and finalizing leases in preparation of the opening of wireless stores in several states. I liked reviewing leases in place and giving my opinion on content, and tracking the terms of the leases, ensuring payments were made timely to lessors."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Work with the CEO directly. He is a great guy with a true vision for this company. Unfortunately, his managers were not reliable or responsible to keep this office open."
What don't you like about working at Verizon Wireless?
"The managers were not focused on building revenue. Instead, they were like children spending the CEOs money to move to bigger offices and spending too much time on decorating it. Then they had to find outside investors to make up the shortfall."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Having a nice work environment is important, but you have to maintain the revenue to support growth. Employees need to feel like they are part of the team and can affect results - not just there for a paycheck or to carry out orders without being able to contribute opinions and ideas that may be helpful."

"New work opportunities are hard to come by. Their legal department seems to be running out of work."

"A couple of the lawyers in my department are known as the Mafia - enough said."
