Submit a Review"For the operational work, I enjoyed being the "backbone" of the studio that I managed. I've worked closely with designers, creative directors, copywriters, and IT. The reason for working closely with IT is to make sure that with every new software/hardware rollout, I was the tester before the rollout. This process helped the smooth transition and integration of old and new software. I am the administrator on the FONTS server. As for the Email designer/developer, I love designing and creating Interactive Email for TIME INC. to promote more sales and generate more revenues with non-template bland design."

"Absolutely nothing. Management disliked their employees and had no reservations about treating them with disrespect and hate."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Run away!!!!! Don't waste your time. I was looking for a new job the day I started. I was told to arrive at 8:00 a.m. the first day and the person I was supposed to meet didn't show up until 9:15. The man who hired me told me he would be on-site my first few days to help get me trained and familiarize me with my role, but instead decided to take a few vacation days. I sat in my cubicle for almost a week with nothing to do."
What don't you like about working at Minacs Marketing Solutions?
"They employ unethical business decisions and don't care about their employees. The agents are like robots; they have no emotion, no personality. They just wanted to do their jobs and get out."

"Start over. Change your culture. Fire management starting at a regional level and working down to site level management."

"Somewhat limited direct customer contact (within my position). My knowledge of the industry/technology is rather limited to EMC's portfolio only."

"The workplace (interiors0 are rather 'institutiona'...some interior design iprovements would improve morale and make the work environment more appealing - especially in such a high-pressure environment."
