"Absolutely nothing. Management disliked their employees and had no reservations about treating them with disrespect and hate."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Run away!!!!! Don't waste your time. I was looking for a new job the day I started. I was told to arrive at 8:00 a.m. the first day and the person I was supposed to meet didn't show up until 9:15. The man who hired me told me he would be on-site my first few days to help get me trained and familiarize me with my role, but instead decided to take a few vacation days. I sat in my cubicle for almost a week with nothing to do."

What don't you like about working at Minacs Marketing Solutions?

"They employ unethical business decisions and don't care about their employees. The agents are like robots; they have no emotion, no personality. They just wanted to do their jobs and get out."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start over. Change your culture. Fire management starting at a regional level and working down to site level management."
